The hotel had a great location, just a short walk from the train station and close to supermarkets and restaurants. the staff members were very helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of options, including fresh yogurt, pastries, coffee.

The exterior of the hotel was under repair during my stay, which made it look unattractive and dirty. the room itself was a bit outdated, and there were mold marks on the ceiling.

We had a wonderful and spacious room on the first floor, perfect for three people. It was surprising to find such large accommodations at this hotel. The location of the hotel was great, situated in a nice and quiet street close to Rome's main Metro and railway station. It made it convenient for us to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and attentive. Armando, the manager, went out of his way to accommodate our needs and even moved my in-laws to a garden room to ensure their comfort. The breakfast provided at the hotel was delicious and filling. We particularly enjoyed the made-to-order cappuccinos and the freshly baked brioche. It was a great way to start our day.

The only minor issue we had was a slight smoke smell in our room. It was not overpowering, and we assume it may have been from a time when smoking was allowed in the rooms.

Great location, close to central station and convenient for getting around the city. Clean and recently renovated rooms. Good wifi connection.

The walls were not soundproof, and it was possible to hear conversations and TV from the next room, leading to a disturbance in the early morning. the lack of an elevator made it difficult to carry luggage upstairs, even though the receptionist was willing to assist.

Convenient location near transport links and supermarkets. Charming interior with a peaceful courtyard. Comfortable room and well-designed bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Enjoyed the bar for evening drinks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The hotel is conveniently located in a nice and quiet street, just a few minutes walk from Termini station and close to Rome's main metro. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms were sufficient. I particularly enjoyed the room with a balcony on the 1st level, as well as the included breakfast with the friendly waitress.

No improvements needed, everything was fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, including the cleaning staff, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I must mention Maurizio Picca at the front desk - she went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is very close to the train station, making transportation convenient. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The continental breakfast provided was delicious and a great start to the day.
